1) Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/packaging.

  • A valid order number or receipt is required.

Items showing wear, damage, odors, stains, pet hair, or missing tags/packaging may be denied or partially refunded.

2) Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimates/lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, and swimwear once hygiene seal is broken

  • Personalized/monogrammed or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards/e-gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

3) Exchanges

Fastest method: place a new order for the desired item and return the original. Traditional exchanges may be arranged if stock is available—email us.

4) Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item

Email support@ericcliffordderetail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. For verified issues, return shipping is covered by us.

5) How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

  1. Email support@ericcliffordderetail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Once approved, ship within 14 days using a trackable service to the return address below and write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

  3. If you use our prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from the refund (not for verified defects/our error).

Keep your tracking number; risk of loss remains with the sender until received.

Returns sent without an RMA or to a different address may be refused or delayed.

6) Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method (or store credit if unavailable).

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return; banks may take 3–10 business days to post.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

  • Items failing inspection may receive a partial refund.

7) Price Adjustments

If an item goes on sale on ericcliffordderetail.com within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a one-time adjustment (excludes coupons, site-wide promotions, final sale).
