1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship all orders via USPS. Service levels offered at checkout may include:

USPS Standard (e.g., Ground/First-Class equivalent)

USPS International services (where available)
For oversized or special shipments, we may select an alternative equivalent service at our discretion.
2. Handling & Processing Time (Before Dispatch)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

Cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

Pre-orders/back-orders will ship by the estimated date shown on the product page.
3. Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Typical USPS transit times once your order leaves our facility:

Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Priority Mail (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Priority Mail Express (U.S.): 1–2 business days

International: usually 7–21 business days; timing varies by destination and customs processing
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, peak season, or events outside our control may extend delivery times.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service level. Any free-shipping promotions (if offered) apply to the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.
5. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a USPS tracking number when your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear.
6. Delivery Confirmation
We strive to provide delivery confirmation for all orders. If you have not received confirmation or cannot locate a delivered package, please contact USPS and support@ericcliffordderetail.com within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping or hazmat restrictions; see the product page for details. We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS where allowed (transit times may be longer). One order ships to one address; for multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
8. Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to modify/cancel an order, contact us immediately; changes may not be possible once an order is prepared or shipped.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and email photos with your order number within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with household members/neighbors and your local post office, then contact us. We’ll assist with a carrier inquiry or claim.
10. Undeliverable & Refused Shipments
Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or unclaimed delivery may incur reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
